Regional Health Partnership

Building Bridges Between Hawaiʻi Island Healthcare Leaders

The Regional Health Partnership (RHP) is a network of executive-level representatives from local healthcare and social service provider organizations, businesses, government, health plans, and community. The RHP was established in 2015 and leads efforts to improve communication and coordination between providers and establish common ground, trust, and transparency to support long-term partnerships both regionally and island-wide.

Initially focused on our high-need patient population and how to better coordinate care to improve their health outcomes, this network also focuses on improving access to care where more opportunity for our community can be realized through shared resources and collaborative efforts amongst our stakeholders.
